Founded in 1983, CEZA was built on a single conviction that design and execution belong in the same building. Four decades on, we remain a vertically integrated studio: architects, engineers and metal fabricators working side by side for developers, brands and operators who demand more than drawings.

1983
The Foundry
CEZA opens its first metal workshop in Lebanon three workbenches, one founding family.
1991
Industrial Scale
Expansion into a full fabrication compound after a decade of postwar reconstruction work.
1998
Structural Division
In house structural capability formalised to support architects and contractors.
2006
Architecture Studio
CEZA launches a dedicated architecture practice, offering design alongside fabrication.

Our 4,200 m² fabrication compound houses CNC plasma cutting, CMT welding, automated bending lines and a finishing bay all coordinated with BIM models from our design studio. Every detail you see in a drawing is produced on a press a few metres away.
